About prohibition of import of palm-oil to the Republic of Tajikistan

3. To committee of food security under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan:

- together with the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Republic of Tajikistan and standardization Agency, metrology, certification and trade inspection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan when importing to the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan without fail to conduct laboratory researches of oil and other food products as a part of which there is probability of use of palm-oil;

- together with industry ministries and new technologies, health care and social protection of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan, standardization Agency, metrology, certification and trade inspection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan within two months to provide the specifications and technical documentation on foodstuff in which production palm-oil use, is provided in compliance with requirements of this resolution.
