About some questions of the organization of ensuring public order and traffic safety in the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of enhancement of activities of law-enforcement bodies for ensuring public order and traffic safety, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About some questions of the organization of activities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic" of November 9, 2017 No. 734 the following changes:

1) in Regulations on the Head department on safety of traffic of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:

3. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- realize during 2020-2021 based on divisions of Head department on safety of traffic of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic the project on creation and functioning of divisions of patrol service of militia by merging of divisions of Head department on safety of traffic of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic and divisions of security guard and patrol services of militia of territorial authorities of internal affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic;
