1. According to article 16 of the Federal law "About Modification of Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation concerning the Prevention and Liquidation of Emergency Situations" to determine that till December 31, 2020 inclusive purchase of goods, works, services (further - purchase) at the single supplier (the contractor, the contractor) in addition to the cases provided by part 1 of article 93 of the Federal law "About Contractual System in the field of Purchases of Goods, Works, Services for Ensuring the State and Municipal Needs" (further - the Federal Law), can be performed by the customer in the following cases:

a) implementation of purchase for the state or municipal needs at the single supplier (the contractor, the contractor) determined by the minutes of the Government of the Russian Federation, protocols of coordinating and advisory bodies under the chairmanship of the Russian Prime Minister, the plan providing priority actions (actions) for ensuring sustainable development of economy in the conditions of deterioration in situation in connection with the spread of new koronavirusny infection approved (approved) President of the Russian Federation, the Government of the Russian Federation, the Russian Prime Minister;

b) implementation of particular procurement at the single supplier (the contractor, the contractor) determined by the minutes of the Government of the Russian Federation, protocols of coordinating and advisory bodies under the chairmanship of the Russian Prime Minister, the plan providing priority actions (actions) for ensuring sustainable development of economy in the conditions of deterioration in situation in connection with spread of new koronavirusny infection;
