ORDER OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

About measures of support of the systemically important organizations

(as amended on 28-05-2022)

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of selection of the organizations included in industry lists of the systemically important organizations of the Russian economy, applying for provision in 2020 of measures of the state support.

2. To the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation till May 15, 2020 to approve:

procedure for evaluating financial stability (stress test) for the systemically important organizations of the Russian economy applying for provision in 2020 of measures of the state support (further - the systemically important organizations);

procedure for consideration of the applications of the systemically important organizations about provision of measures of the state support;

procedure for carrying out the analysis of financial and economic activities of the systemically important organization (including the analysis of financial and economic activities of group of persons which include the systemically important organization, in the presence of such group of persons), necessary for determination of amounts and terms of provision of measures of the state support according to the Rules approved by this resolution;

procedure for maintaining the register of the systemically important organizations on which the decision on approval of provision of measures of the state support, and monitoring of observance of conditions of their provision is made.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
