1. Approve "Standards of compensation of the damage caused as a result of illegal development of mineral deposits widespread in the Azerbaijan Republic" (are applied).
2. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic No. 239 of December 28, 1998 "About approval of new standard rates of compensation of the damage caused to the nature as a result of illegal development of some mineral deposits in the Azerbaijan Republic" (The collection of the laws of the Azerbaijan Republic of 1998, No. 12, Article 806; 2003, No. 9, Article 527; 2008, No. 2, Article 132) part 1 is subject to cancellation.
3. Amendments to this Decision can be made according to the Item 2.6-1 "Regulations on Procedure for Preparation and Acceptance of Regulatory Legal Acts of Executive Bodies", No. 772 approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of August 24, 2002.
