About introduction of amendments to the Law "About Public Service"

Article 1. From part of 1 Article 28, parts 7 of Article 33, parts 1 and 2 of article 34 of the Law of March 23, 2018 ZR-206-N "About public service" (further - the Law) the words "with the population of 15 000 and more people".

Article 2.

1. This Law becomes effective since May 1, 2020.

2. Heads of communities with the population to 15 000 people and their deputies represent from July 1 to October 1, 2020 to the Commission on prevention of corruption the declaration on the properties which are available for May 1, 2020, the income and interests which in sense of the Law is considered the declaration of acceptance of job responsibilities.

3. If before submission of the declaration provided by part 2 of this Article, powers of official person customs applicant stop, then within 30 days after day of the termination of its powers, but no later than submission of the declaration provided by part 2 of this Article, official person customs applicant in the procedure established by the Law represents the declaration on the termination of job responsibilities to the Commission on prevention of corruption.
