About entering of amendments into the Law "About the Commission on Prevention of Corruption"
Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on April 16, 2020
Article 1. ZR-96-N "About the Commission on prevention of corruption" (further - the Law) to add part 1 of article 23 of the Law of June 9, 2017 with Item 8 of the following content:
"8) in the case established by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About confiscation of property of illegal origin", the analysis of the declaration established by the same law.".
Article 2. To add part 1 of article 24 of the Law with Item 26 of the following content:
"26) in the case established by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About confiscation of property of illegal origin" the declaration provided according to the same law within a month is analyzed, and results are reported to the addressed body.".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
