About social support of separate categories of citizens

For the purpose of strengthening of social support of separate categories of citizens:

1. Determine that:

1.1. in length of service for purpose of work pensions the periods of child care leave and care of children before achievement of age of 3 years by them, but no more than 12 years in total are set off;

1.2. the work retirement pension to the women who gave birth to four children and brought up them to 8-year age is appointed on reaching generally established retirement age and in the presence of length of service at least 20 years, including at least 10 years of length of service with payment of compulsory insurance premiums in the budget of state non-budgetary fund of social protection of the population of the Republic of Belarus (further - insurance years of service);

1.3. the work pension on the occasion of loss of the supporter to one of parents or the spouse (spouse) or the grandfather, the grandma, the brother or the sister of the died supporter, busy care of the children, brothers, sisters or grandsons of the died supporter who did not reach 3 years is appointed in cases when they:

are on child care leave (the brother, the sister, the grandson) of the died supporter before achievement of age of 3 years by it on the main work and part-time job (in case of part-time job) and do not perform work on the civil agreement which subject are rendering services, performance of works and creation of intellectual property items, are not the individual entrepreneurs, notaries, lawyers, persons performing other types of activity *;

are the individual entrepreneurs, notaries, lawyers, persons performing other types of activity and suspended the related activity in connection with child care (the brother, the sister, the grandson) of the died supporter aged up to 3 years according to the procedure, established by the legislation, or do not perform business activity in connection with stay in the course of the activities termination.
