About modification of Traffic regulations
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
Bring in the Traffic regulations approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 10, 2001 No. 1306 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2001, No. 41, the Art. 1852), the following changes:
add Rules with Item 2.15 of the following content:
"2.15. The taxi driver has the right:
a) move on the road with the strip for route vehicles designated by route sign 5.8 or 5.11;
b) perform landing and disembarkation of passengers in the strip borders for route vehicles designated by route sign 5.8 or 5. 11, taking into account provisions of Items 15.1 and 15.2 of these rules.";
to add Item 17.1 after words of "other vehicles" with words "(except taxi)".
