To add 1) in service 13 after the word of "cash desks" with the words "and collector company";

Service 14 to state 2) in the following edition:

"Delivery by banks and collector companies of the excesses of cash not suitable for the address of banknotes (coins) withdrawn from circulation of banknotes (coins)";

To add 3) in service 72 after the word of "cash desks" with the words "and to the collector companies";

To add 4) in service 79 after the word of "banks" with the words "and collector companies".
