Article 1

1) in Article 332:

a) state the name in the following edition:

"Article 332. Features of the conclusion and the termination of the employment contract with the pedagogical workers belonging to the faculty";

b) parts the twelfth - the fifteenth to recognize invalid;

To add 2) with Article 332.1 of the following content:

"Article 332.1. Features of the conclusion and the termination of the employment contract with heads, deputy managers of the state and municipal educational organizations of the higher education and heads of their branches

Employment contracts for a period of up to five years are signed with heads of the state and municipal educational organizations of the higher education.

Positions of heads, deputy managers of the state and municipal educational organizations of the higher education and heads of their branches are replaced with persons aged is not more senior than seventy years irrespective of effective period of employment contracts.
