1) in Article 5:

a) add with Item 7.1 of the following content:

"7.1. The head of the scientific organization is appointed (is elected) according to the legislation and according to the procedure, provided by its charter, and bears responsibility for management scientific, scientific and technical, organizational economic activity of the scientific organization, and also for program implementation or the development plan for the scientific organization.";

b) state Item 8 in the following edition:

"8. In the state or municipal scientific organization the position of the head of the scientific direction and (or) position of the research supervisor of the scientific organization according to the procedure, determined by its charter can be established.
