Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of July 29, 2017 No. 217-FZ "About conducting by citizens gardening and truck farming for own needs and about modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2017, No. 31, the Art. 4766) the following changes:

"Items 4 - 6" shall be replaced with words 1) in part 6 of Article 5 of the word "items 4 - 6.1", shall be replaced with words words of "part 1 of Article 17" "parts 1 and parts 29 of Article 17";

3) in Article 17:

a) add part 1 with Item 6.1 of the following content:

"6. 1) decision making about the address with the statement for state registration of the rights to the real estate objects located in borders of the territory of conducting by citizens of gardening or truck farming for own needs and which are property public, and (or) the statement for the state cadastral registration of such real estate objects;";

b) add with part 29 of the following content:

"29. In case of acceptance general meeting of copartners of the decisions specified in items 4 - 6.1 parts of 1 this Article, at the same time elects the representative of specified persons authorized on submission of the corresponding statement in the body performing the state cadastral registration and state registration of the rights.";
