About change of decrees of the President of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make changes to the following decrees of the President of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in Regulations on the state regulation of production, turnover and consumption of tobacco raw materials and tobacco products, production, turnover and use of electronic systems of smoking, liquids for electronic systems of smoking, systems for tobacco consumption approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of December 17, 2002 No. 28:

exclude Item 7;

state Item 34 in the following edition:

"34. Sale of tobacco products, electronic systems of smoking, liquids for electronic systems of smoking, systems for tobacco consumption is forbidden to persons under 18.";

1.2. "About some questions of pledge of property" to state subitem 1.2-1 of Item 1 of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of March 1, 2010 to No. 3 in the following edition:
