Allocate to the Ministry of Health 5356687, 3 thousand hryvnias, including 3979992, with 3 thousand hryvnias on the general fund and 1376695 thousand hryvnias on special fund of the government budget, from fund of fight against sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus and its effects for ensuring implementation of the measures directed to prevention of origin and distribution, localization and liquidation of flashes, epidemics and pandemics of sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus namely:

1606576, 2 thousand hryvnias (including consumption expenses - 1460518, 2 thousand hryvnias (from them compensation - 411272 thousand hryvnias, development expenses - 146058 thousand hryvnias) on irretrievable basis - for ensuring readiness and reaction of the laboratory centers (regional, city, on water, rail, air transport) belonging to the sphere of management of the Ministry of Health, public institutions "Center of public health of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine" and "The Ukrainian research protivochumny institute of name I.I. Mechnikova of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine" (further - laboratory divisions of the Ministry of Health) on the outbreaks of sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2 caused by coronavirus;
