About modification and amendments in the Law "About the Public Managerial Institutions"

Article 1. In the Law of October 23, 2001 ZR-247 "About the public managerial institutions" (further - the Law):

The word "State" to replace 1) in heading with the word "Municipal";

To exclude 2) from Article 1 of the word "the public managerial institutions (further-organization) and";

To add 3) after words of "local managerial government offices" with words (further - organization)".

Article 2. From the second offer of article 2 of the Law of the word "As regards Local Managerial Government Offices" to exclude.

Article 3. In article 3 of the Law:

Part 1 to state 1) in the following edition:

"1. The organization is the organization which does not have the status of the legal entity which is created for the purpose of full and effective implementation of the powers assigned to local government bodies and ensuring their participation in civil legal relationship.";

2) regarding 2 words of Republic of Armenia shall be replaced with words "communities";

Part 3 to state 3) in the following edition:

"3. The organization has the name which includes the name of area, community, and also the word the office of municipality (for Yerevan - the city hall of Yerevan).";

4) part 7 to recognize invalid.

Article 4. In the first paragraph of part 1 of article 4 of the Law to replace the word "administrative" with the word "legal", and to exclude the word "state" from the second paragraph.

Article 5. From parts 1 and 2 of article 5 of the Law of the word "state or", and from part 3 - words", except for diplomatic and consular bodies" to exclude.

Article 6. To state the text of article 6 of the Law in the following edition:
