About some measures of support of tourists and business entities of the industry of tourism for mitigation of negative effects of epidemiological situation (COVID-19)
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. 1. - In departure from provisions of the Civil code of the Republic of Moldova No. 1107/2002, of the Marine life protection act of the rights of consumers No. 105/2003 and applicable contractual conditions, in case of the agreements on package tour signed till March 17, 2020 if the tourist has the right to compensation of effected payments owing to agreement cancelation or on other bases the organizer or other professional shall compensate to the tourist the corresponding payments no later than December 31, 2021.
Art. 2. - This law becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
