About modification and amendments in the Law "About Joint-stock Companies"

Article 1. In article 69 of the Law of September 25, 2001 ZR-232 "About joint-stock companies" (further - the Law):

"1. Decisions of the Meeting can be made without joint presence of members of the company for the purpose of acceptance of vote concerning the agenda or decision making on the questions put to the vote by remote vote (including network vote). Remote vote can be taken by exchange of documents of means of the mail, telegrammny, teletype, telephone, electronic communication certifying authenticity of the transferred and accepted messages and giving chance to confirm the fact of their obtaining by the addressee.";

Part 4 after the words "at least in 30 days" to add 2) with the new offer of the following content: "In case of vote on holding meeting means of electronic, teletype or telephone communication ballots (including electronic ballots) shall be provided to shareholders at least in 7 days until holding meeting.";

Article 2. Article 3. To add the second paragraph of part 1 of article 79 of the Law after the words "or are handed personally" with the words "or go means of communication, including by e-mail, program platforms or platforms of appendices (including on appendices of mobile phones)".

Article 4.

1. This Law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
