1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 25, 2015 No. 325 "About approval of Rules of use of reserves of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and local executive bodies and recognition voided some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2015, Art. No. 27-28, 68) the following change:

in the Rules of use of reserves of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and local executive bodies approved by the specified resolution:

state Item 25 in the following edition:

"25. The expenses of the central state body made for the purpose of elimination of the situations menacing to political, economic and social stability of the Republic of Kazakhstan or its administrative and territorial unit, and also life and human health, connected with attraction of vehicles, and/or the incurred expenses of the central state body on provision of the vehicles which are on its balance are refunded to other state body in subsequent from funds of reserves for urgent costs based on the decision of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation.

Also at the expense of funds of reserve for urgent costs the accounts payable on international disputes within protection of interests of the state can be repaid.".

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
