About modification of the Procedure for ensuring protection of the rights and interests of Ukraine in the trade and economic sphere within the World organization of trade
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
Bring in the Procedure for ensuring protection of the rights and interests of Ukraine in the trade and economic sphere within World Organization of trade approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 1, 2016 No. 346 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 44, the Art. 1623), the following changes:
the paragraph one of Item 19 after words of "Body of dispute settlement of the WTO" to add with words ", except for those which provide reduction of the applied anti-dumping, countervailing or special measures in compliance with obligations of Ukraine according to agreements of the WTO";
add the Procedure with Item 19-1 of the following content:
"19-1. In case the Body of dispute settlement of the WTO approves the report with decisions, recommendations, conclusions and/or resolutions which provide reduction of the applied anti-dumping, countervailing or special measures in compliance with obligations of Ukraine according to agreements of the WTO, the Ministry of Economics prepares offers of Interdepartmental International Trade Commission concerning reduction of such measures in compliance with the specified obligations of Ukraine.".
