1. The regulations about approach to credit risk for banks according to the standardized approach approved by the Resolution of Executive committee of National Bank of Moldova No. 111 of 24.05.2018 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, No. 183-194, the Art. 901) registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Moldova 4.06.2018 at No. 1334, to add with Item 38-1 of the following content:

"38-1. The weight coefficient of risk of 20% is applied to the podverzhennost before subjects of the public sector of the Republic of Moldova expressed and financed in Moldovan lei.".

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
