About change of the Order No. 166 of June 19, 2017 on approval of the Regulations on consideration at distance of cases on violation of the law or claims of taxpayers with carrying out digital video and audio recording of meetings on consideration

For the purpose of simplification of communication of taxpayers with the State Tax Administration and possibility for taxpayers to be involved in consideration of the case about violation of the law or consideration of claims by means of electronic means, according to provisions of Art. 132-3 of the h. (10) the Tax code approved by the Law No. 1163-XIII of April 24, 1997 (2007, the special edition is reissued in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova), I ORDER:

1. The regulations on consideration at distance of cases on violation of the law or claims of taxpayers with carrying out digital video and audio recording of meetings on consideration approved by the Order of the State Tax Administration No. 166 of 19:06. To change 2017, as follows:

1) In Item 2.2 the phrase "FSI - GP "Fiskservinform" to replace with the phrase "TsITF - IP Center of information technologies in finance", and in all text of provision of the word "FSI", "replace GP "Fiskservinform" with the word "TsITF".
