1. In Rules of implementation of migration registration of the foreign citizens and stateless persons in the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 15, 2007 No. 9 "About procedure of migration registration of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2007, No. 5, Art. 653; 2014, No. 23, Art. 2981; 2016; No. 38, Art. 5555; 2019, No. 11, Art. 1130):
a) in the subitem "v" of Item 16 after the words "or expiration of the residence permit" to add with words "(in case effective period of the residence permit is limited according to the Federal Law "About Legal Status of Foreign Citizens in the Russian Federation")";
b) in Item 32:
state paragraph two in the following edition:
"Registration of the foreign citizen who is temporarily living in the Russian Federation is performed for the term declared in the notification on arrival, but no more than on effective period of permission to temporary residence.";
add with the paragraph third the following content:
"Registration of the foreign citizen who is constantly living in the Russian Federation is performed for the term declared in the notification on arrival and in case effective period of the residence permit is limited according to the Federal Law "About Legal Status of Foreign Citizens in the Russian Federation", - no more than on effective period of the residence permit.".
