About entering of amendment and changes into the Law "About Budget System of the Republic of Armenia"

Article 1. No. ZR-137 "About budget system of the Republic of Armenia" after the words "according to state" to add parts 1 and 12 of article 1.2 of the Law of June 24, 1997 with the word of "body", and to exclude parts 16 of the word of "court resolutions" from the Item "in".
Article 2. Regarding the 2nd article 18 of the Law of the word of "system of the single State Immovable Property Cadastre" shall be replaced with words "Committee of the inventory of the real estate".
Article 3. Regarding 1 Article 22 and part 5 of article 25 of the Law of the word "regulations of National assembly of the Republic of Armenia" shall be replaced with words "Regulations of National assembly", and words "the Law of the Republic of Armenia" - words "The constitutional law".
Article 4. In the subitem "b" of part 1 of article 41.2 of the Law of the word of "the public managerial institution" shall be replaced with words "state body".
Article 5. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
