About entering of amendment into the Law "About Budget System of the Republic of Armenia"

Article 1. No. ZR-137 "About budget system of the Republic of Armenia" to add part 2 of article 28.2 of the Law of June 24, 1997 with item 4 of the following content:
"4. The capital programs and (or) acquisition of capital asset performed in case of joint financing of community, the capital assets provided that created, exposed to changes and acquired as a result will be registered on balance of community by the property right.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
