About modification of the Labor code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. To state part 7 of Article 7 of the Labor code of the Republic of Armenia of November 9, 2004 (further - the Code) in the following edition:
"7. The employment (office) relations of persons holding public positions and positions of public service and also employees of the Central bank of the Republic of Armenia are regulated by this Code if other is not provided by the relevant laws.".
Article 2. To state part 2 of article 44 of the Code in the following edition:
"2. To employment relationships with participation of the serving bodies of armed forces, polices, homeland security and persons holding public positions (except for conceptual positions), are not applied the regulations established by the Section 2 of this Code.".
Article 3. The word of "management" to exclude articles 48 and 1 of article 116 of the Code from parts 2.
Article 4. To state part 2 of article 86 of the Code in the following edition:
"2. The procedure and conditions of replenishment of vacant positions of public service are established by the law and other legal acts.".
Article 5. The second offer of part 3 of article 176 of the Code to state in the following edition: "The unpaid leave can be granted no more than thirty days to persons holding public positions, and public employees during one work year if other is not provided by the law.".
Article 6. To state the text of article 181 of the Code in the following edition:
"The procedure and conditions of remuneration of work of persons holding public positions and positions of public service and also employees of the Central bank of the Republic of Armenia, are established by the law.".
Article 7. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
