About modification of the Labor code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. To state Article 226 of the Labor code of the Republic of Armenia of November 9, 2004 in the following edition:
"Article 226. Procedure for application of authority punishment
1. Before application of authority punishment the employer shall demand from the worker written explanation about violation, having provided reasonable time. If in the reasonable time established by the employer, the worker does not furnish written explanation without valid excuse, then authority punishment can be applied without written explanation.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
