About entering of amendments and changes into the Labor code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. To add the labor code of the Republic of Armenia of November 9, 2004 (further - the Code) with Article 33.1 of the following content:
"Article 33.1. The state control of the labor law during prevention of natural disasters, technological accidents, epidemics, accidents, the fires and other cases of extreme nature or elimination of their effects
1. In the presence of the written application received in the period of natural disasters, technological accidents, epidemics, accidents, the fires and other cases of extreme nature or elimination of their effects, the authorized inspection body of the sphere exercises the state control of execution by employers of requirements of the labor law, other regulatory legal acts containing regulations of labor right, collective and employment contracts, applying responsibility measures in the cases provided by the law.".
Article 2. To state part 1 of article 106 of the Code in the following edition:
"1. The employer has the right to transfer based on the individual legal act the worker for up to one month to other work in the same place of employment which is not provided by the employment contract and (or) to change to the same term of condition of the employment contract, 6 and 1 parts of 1 Article established by Items 4, 84 of this Code, in connection with natural disasters, technological accidents, epidemics, accidents, the fires and other circumstances of extreme nature, and also for the purpose of their prevention or immediate elimination of their effects.".
Article 3. Add the Code with Article 106.1 of the following content:
"Article 106.1. Temporary execution of job duties by remote method in the period of natural disasters, technological accidents, epidemics, accidents, the fires and other cases of extreme nature or immediate elimination of their effects
