About modification of the Procedure for filling of the declaration on goods

According to Item 5 of Article 105 of the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union the Board of the Eurasian economic commission SOLVED:

1. Bring in the Procedure for filling of the declaration on goods approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of May 20, 2010 No. 257, the following changes:

a) to add the subitem 14 of Item 18 after paragraph one (after the table) with the paragraph of the following content:

"In the Russian Federation in addition to the data specified at number 1, in the presence of the information about the producer (manufacturer) of goods are specified tax number of the producer (manufacturer) of goods (according to Item 14-1 of this Procedure) and code on the All-Russian qualifier of subjects to administrative-territorial division (RCATU). If the foreign person, and also person registered in other state member of the Union acts as the producer (manufacturer) of goods than the state member of the Union to which customs authority DT moves, tax number and code on the All-Russian qualifier of subjects to administrative-territorial division (RCATU) are not specified.";

b) in Item 41-20 of the Section X-4:

to add the subitem 13 after the paragraph of the fifth with the paragraph of the following content:

"In temporary DT the information about the producer (manufacturer) of goods is not specified.";

in subitem 14 of the word "at number 1.1" to exclude.

2. This Decision becomes effective since February 1, 2021.
