About modification of the Procedure for maintaining the Register of auditors and subjects of auditor activities

According to part seven of article 20 of the Law of Ukraine "About financial records audit and auditor activities" I ORDER:

1. Bring in the Procedure for maintaining the Register of auditors and subjects of auditor activities approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of September 19, 2018 No. 766, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 27, 2018 for No. 1107/32559, the following changes:

Item 6 of the Section I after paragraph one to add 1) with the new paragraph the second the following content:

"Also the archive of the Register for each date of modification within at least 7 years is public and available on the website of Auditor chamber of Ukraine.";

2) in the Section II:

Item 5 paragraph two after words of "requirements" to add with words ", or having the existing Certificate on passing of check of quality control system granted by Auditor chamber of Ukraine before Date of Introduction in operation of the Law";

3) in the Section III:

add Item 2 with new paragraphs of the following content:

"Also the Register contains the following information on subjects of auditor activities:
