Based on part two of Item 320 of the Regulations on licensing of separate types of activity approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of September 1, 2010 No. 450, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve the list of procedures (researches, manipulations) relating to the works and services constituting the licensed medical activities it (is applied).
2. Declare invalid the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 12, 2011 No. 309 "About approval of the list of procedures (researches, manipulations) relating to the works and services constituting the licensed medical activities".
3. Grant to the Ministry of Health the right to explain questions of application of the list of procedures (researches, manipulations) relating to the works and services constituting the licensed medical activities, approved by this resolution.
4. This resolution becomes effective in three months after its official publication.
