About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

In pursuance of paragraph two of article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 18, 2019 "About change of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About labor protection" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 274-Z

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in Regulations on the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1589:

in Item 6:

state subitem 6.15 in the following edition:

"6.15. develops with participation of the interested republican state bodies and other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus, local executive and administrative organs of the offer on the main directions and priorities of state policy in the field of labor protection, regulatory legal acts, including technical regulatory legal acts under the terms and labor protection;";

in subitem 6.15-1 of the word "work and" shall be replaced with words "work on workplaces and estimates";

state subitem 6.67 in the following edition:

6.71-4. establishes procedure for development and acceptance by employers of the local legal acts containing requirements for labor protection in the form of instructions for labor protection for professions of working and (or) separate work types (services), control of observance by workers of requirements for labor protection in the organization and structural divisions;

6.71-5. establishes together with the Ministry of Health the list of works (professions of workers) in case of whose accomplishment are required prereplaceable (before work, change) medical examination or survey of workers regarding stay in alcohol intoxication, the condition caused by consumption of drugs, psychotropic substances, their analogs, toxic substances, procedure for carrying out prereplaceable (before work, change) medical examination of workers, and also procedure for carrying out survey of workers regarding stay in condition of alcoholic, drug or toxic intoxication;";

in Item 7:

state subitem 7.1.3 in the following edition:

"7.1.3. standard regulations of free issue to workers of individual protection equipment, the list of the individual protection equipment which is directly ensuring labor safety, procedure for providing with individual protection equipment working, occupied at works with harmful and (or) dangerous working conditions, and also at the works connected with pollution and (or) which are carried out in adverse temperature conditions regulatory legal acts concerning planning and development of actions for labor protection;";

in subitem 7.1.5:

exclude the word "cross-industry";

shall be replaced with words the words "containing requirements for labor protection" "including technical regulatory legal acts under the terms and labor protection";

add subitem 7.1.6 with words ", and also procedure for their forming and calculation";
