About modification and amendments in the Law "About Special Investigative Service"
Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on January 21, 2020
Article 1. In article 1 of the Law of November 28, 2007 No. ZR-255 "About Special investigative service" (further - the Law) words of "revenues to services" shall be replaced with words "occupations of autonomous position", the word of "employees" - words "persons holding autonomous positions", and the word of "service" - the words "continuances in office".
Article 2. To state article 2 of the Law in the following edition:
"Positions in Special investigative service are considered as autonomous positions.".
Article 3. To state the second paragraph of part 1 of article 3 of the Law in the following edition:
"Workers and the principal secretary of the helping professional structural division of Special investigative service are civil servants to whom the Law "About Civil Service" extends.".
Article 4. In article 4 of the Law:
1) in Item 1 of part 1 of the word "employee of Special investigative service" shall be replaced with words "person holding autonomous position in Special investigative service";
Item 3 of part 1 before the words "person performing public service" to add 2) with the words "in sense of this Law", and in the same part of the word "employees of the Investigative Committee" shall be replaced with words "persons holding autonomous positions in the Investigative Committee".
Article 5. In heading of Chapter 2 of the Law the word of "employees" shall be replaced with words "persons holding autonomous positions in Special investigative service".
Article 6. In heading and part 1 of article 5 of the Law of the word of "employees of service" shall be replaced with words "persons holding autonomous positions in service".
