About entering of amendments into the Law "About Local Self-government in the City of Yerevan"
Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on March 25, 2020
Article 1. No. ZR-5 "About local self-government in the city of Yerevan" (further - the Law) to add part 1 of article 41 of the Law of December 26, 2008 with Item 5 of the following content:
"5) in the cases provided by the law appears in court as the representative of community (Yerevan), and also within the competence gives the power of attorney on performance in court.".
Article 2. To add article 48 of the Law with part 6.1 following of content:
"6.1. The deputy mayor in the cases provided by the law appears in court as the representative of community (Yerevan), and also within the competence gives the power of attorney on performance in court.".
Article 3. To add part 1 of article 91 of the Law with Item 11 of the following content:
"11) in the cases provided by the law appears in court as the mayor's representative, and also within the competence gives the power of attorney on performance in court.".
Article 4. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
