Being guided by Item 32 of article 109 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, for the purpose of ensuring work of the Litsenzii I Razresheniya portal I solve:

1. In "Provision on the Single migratory information system of the Public migratory service of the Azerbaijan Republic", approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic No. 276 of June 4, 2010 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic of 2010, No. 6, Article 491; 2011, No. 11, Article 995; 2013, No. 9, Article 1048; 2014, No. 9, Article 1060, No. 10, Article 1177; 2015, No. 2, Article 117; 2016, No. 5, Article 867, No. 11, Article 1798; 2017, No. 5, of Article 777, of 818) to make the following changes:

1.1. Add the word "Portal of Licenses and Permissions" after the word "System" to parts 13;

1.2. add Item 13.5 of the following content:

"13. 5. Information provided by system to the Litsenzii I Razresheniya portal:

13.5.1. Information on the documents issued by the Public migratory service of the Azerbaijan Republic to foreigners and stateless persons;

13.5.2. Information on persons who got permission to temporary or permanent residence in the Azerbaijan Republic, and also about persons whose temporary stay was prolonged or who received the status of the refugee;

13.5.3. Data on registration at the place of residence of foreigners and stateless persons, temporarily and constantly living in the territory of the Azerbaijan Republic, and also those whose temporary stay in the Azerbaijan Republic was prolonged or which received the status of the refugee;

13.5.4. data on registration of foreigners and stateless persons at the place of residence.".
