Article 1. No. ZR-29 "About legal profession" to add part 5 of article 41 of the Law of December 14, 2004 with Item 17 of the following content:
"17) Responsible for the civil cases initiated based on the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About confiscation of property of illegal origin".".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
