About introduction of amendments to the Law "About Protection of the Economic Competition"

Article 1. In article 22 of the Law of November 6, 2000 No. ZR-112 "About protection of the economic competition" (further - the Law):

The word "device" shall be replaced with words 1) in heading "the organization of works";

Part 1 to state 2) in the following edition:

"1. The commission will organize the works through the principal secretary, the deputy of the principal secretary and structural divisions. The charter of structural divisions is approved by the commission chairman.";

 To exclude 3) from part 2 of the word "Structure of the Device", and shall be replaced with words words of "activities of the device" "works of the commission";

4) in the second offer of part 2 words of "Employees of the device" shall be replaced with words "Employees of the commission";

5) regarding 3 words of "The office of the commission" shall be replaced with words "Members and employees of the commission".

Article 2. In article 23 of the Law:

1) in the Item of part of 1 word of "the employees appointed by it" shall be replaced with words "the adviser, the assistant to the commission chairman, heads of structural divisions and the principal secretary";

1 word of "device" to exclude 2) from the part Item, and to replace the word "employees" in the corresponding case forms with the word "workers".

Article 3. Regarding 3rd article 29 of the Law of the word "About Remuneration of Persons Holding the State Positions" shall be replaced with words "About remuneration of persons holding the state positions and positions of public service".

Article 4. In the second offer of part 6 of article 30 of the Law to replace the word "device" with the word of "workers".
