About introduction of amendments to the Law "About Reproductive Health and Reproductive Rights of the Person"
Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on January 21, 2020
Article 1. Regarding 3rd article 5 of the Law of December 11, 2002 No. ZR-474 "About reproductive health and the reproductive rights of the person" (further - the Law) the words "executive body of spheres" shall be replaced with words "authorized body of public administration on questions".
Article 2. Regarding 3rd Article 12 and part 2 of Article 17 of the word "republican executive body of the sphere" shall be replaced with words "authorized body of public administration on questions".
Article 3. Regarding 3rd Article 14 of the word "in the field of health care of the Republic of Armenia executive" shall be replaced with words "authorized body of public administration concerning health care".
Article 4. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
