About modification and amendments in the order of the Minister of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 2, 2019 No. 612 "About approval of Rules of transportation of goods by railway transport"

I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 2, 2019 No. 612 "About approval of Rules of transportation of goods by railway transport" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 19188, it is published on August 21, 2019 in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan) the following changes and amendments:

in Rules of the transportation of goods by railway transport approved by the specified order:

add item 4 with subitem 22-1) of the following content:

6) transit of load - cargo hauling from one country in another through the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the course of which the load arrives to the railway station of the Republic of Kazakhstan and (or) decreases from the railway station out of limits of the Republic of Kazakhstan with accomplishment of one or several of the following transactions: parking, overload, warehousing, crushing of load, change of places, weight, quantity of load and mode of transport;

add with Chapter 33-1 of the following content:

"Chapter 33-1. Procedure for transportation in case of transit of load.

Transportation of goods railway is performed by transport according to the Law, international treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan and these rules.

589-1. Treats transit of load:

1) the cargo hauling by railway transport through the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan which is beginning and coming to an end outside the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and performed according to the single carriage document (delivery note) processed to all route;
