About modification and amendments in the Law "About Civil Service"

Article 1. "About civil service" (further - the Law) to state part 3 of article 2 of the Law of March 23, 2018 to No. ZR-205 in the following edition:

"3. The position of public service is considered having feature if it does not join in the nomenclature of positions of civil service.".

Article 2. Item 7 of part 1 of Article 4 and part 3 of article 24 of the Law after the word "employees" to add with words ", except for the civil servants holding position according to the terminal employment contract".

Article 3. Items 1 - 4 parts 2 of article 7 of the Law to state in the following edition:

"1) for positions of subgroups of 1 and 2 executive positions of civil service - years of service of the public service at least four years or five years of professional working life or five years of working life in the field of work required by the passport of position;

2) for positions of subgroups 3, 4 and 5 executive positions of civil service - years of service of the public service at least three years or four years of professional working life or four years of working life in the field of work required by the passport of position;

3) for positions of subgroups of 1 and 2 career positions of civil service - years of service of the public service at least two years or three years of professional working life or three years of working life in the field of work required by the passport of position;

4) for positions of subgroups 3, 4 and 5 career positions of civil service - years of service of the public service at least one year or one year of professional working life or one year of working life in the field of work required by the passport of position.".

Article 4. In article 9 of the Law:

Part 5 to state 1) in the following edition:
