In pursuance of the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of November 7, 2019 "About further enhancement of procedure for movement by physical persons of goods for own needs", and also for the purpose of streamlining of the procedure of determination of purpose of the goods moved through customs border of the Republic of Uzbekistan with physical persons, the Cabinet of Ministers decides No. PP-4508:
1. Take into consideration that:
a) the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of February 6, 2018 No. PP-3512 "About measures for further streamlining of movement of goods by physical persons through customs border" are established limit rates of import to the republic by physical persons of the goods which are not subject to taxation by customs payments and also regulations of import by physical persons of separate types of the goods which are not subject to taxation by customs payments;
b) the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of June 22, 2018 No. 463 "About additional measures for enhancement of procedure for commodity importation by physical persons to the Republic of Uzbekistan" approves quantitative regulations of import through road (pedestrian), railway and river check points of Frontier of the Republic of Uzbekistan by physical persons of the separate goods which are not subject to taxation by customs payments;
c) by the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of November 7, 2019 No. PP-4508 "About further enhancement of procedure for movement by physical persons of goods for own needs" it is determined that:
