About modification of the Regulations on procedure for cost determination of net assets of institutes of joint investment

According to Item 13 of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the security market in Ukraine", article 49 of the Law of Ukraine "About institutes of joint investment" the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED:

1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for cost determination of net assets of institutes of joint investment approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of July 30, 2013 No. 1336, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 21, 2013 for No. 1444/23976 (with changes), such changes:

1) to add the Section I after Item 2 with two new Items 3, 4 following of content:

"3. Other terms used in this Provision have the following values:

revaluation - asset cost revaluation/writedown in connection with change of fair value of such assets;

revaluation - asset value addition in connection with increase in its fair value;

writedown - reduction of asset cost in connection with reduction of its fair value.

4. One of signs which demonstrate reduction of usefulness of asset, including securities which are part of assets of ISI, taking into account provisions of International accounting standards are:

suspension of security circulation, except case of suspension of security circulation in the course of implementation of corporate transactions of the issuer;
