About modification and amendments in the Law "About Management of the Apartment Building"

Article 2. Add the law with Article 15.1 of the following content:
"Article 15.1. Payment procedure of the obligatory and other payments levied from owners of structures
1. Owners of structures make the obligatory payments and other payments established by this Law by non-cash method, separately for each apartment building, by transfer to the bank account opened for this purpose addressed to governing body of the apartment building.
2. The procedure for maintaining the bank account provided by part of 1 this Article establishes the Government of the Republic of Armenia.".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective since April 1, 2020.
