By consideration of claims by the Commission, both on tax, and on customs inspections, from National chamber of entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of Atameken the representatives supervising the corresponding direction participate.
17. The decision of the Commission on questions of the claim is made by open voting by a simple majority vote, present at meeting.
