For the purpose of enhancement of the mechanism of regulation of rates of the state fee and cost reduction of the operating organizations, the companies of drinking water supply and water disposal of the Kyrgyz Republic in case of submission of actions for declaration about debt collection for consumption of drinking water, service in acceptance and sewage treatment, other types of service, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of rates of the state fee" of April 15, 2019 No. 159 the following changes:

in the rates of the state fee approved by the above-stated resolution:

- to state the subitem 10 of Item 1 in the following edition:

"10) from actions for declaration about debt collection for electric power consumption, heat energy, drinking water, natural gas and the rendered services in transfer (transportation) of electrical energy, in acceptance and sewage treatment - the 1-fold size of settlement indicator;";

- to state the subitem 12 of Item 2 in the following edition:

"12) from actions for declaration about debt collection for electric power consumption, heat energy, drinking water, natural gas and the rendered services in transfer (transportation) of electrical energy, in acceptance and sewage treatment - the 1-fold size of settlement indicator;".

2. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
