About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About clearing settlements"

Make the following changes to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About clearing settlements" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2016, No. 12, Article 2053; 2017, No. 7, Article 1288; 2019, No. 1, Article 28):

1. Add Article 3.3-1 of the following content:

"3.3-1. On persons occupied on seasonal works based on the agreements of civil nature connected directly with production of agricultural products, the maximum amount which can be paid by cash in day to each such physical person is established in the amount of twenty manats, and this amount does not join in the limiting amount of the cash transaction determined by article 3.3 of this Law.

2. At the end of Article 3.5.4 to replace point with semicolon and to add Article 3.5.5 of the following content:

"3.5.5. procurement (purchase) of skin (raw)".
