1) in Article 13.1:

a) state the name in the following edition:

"Article 13.1. Money payments to the citizens called on military charges and to the citizens staying in reserve. The money payments which are due to the citizens called on military charges, and are not received by day of death (death)";

b) add with Item 1.1 of the following content:

"1.1.
