1) in Article 15.2:
a) part 1 after the word "information" to add with the words "including to the program for electronic computers by means of which access in information and telecommunication networks is provided, including in Internet network, to objects of the author's and (or) related rights (except the photographic works and works received by the methods similar to the photo) or to information necessary for their obtaining with use of information and telecommunication networks (further in this Article-software application)";
b) in part 2:
in Item 1 the word "determines" shall be replaced with words "concerning the website in Internet network determines";
