Article 1. Regarding 1 article 71 of the Law of December 22, 2010 "About funded pensions" number "0.075" to replace No. ZR-244 with number "0.04".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication and extends to the relations which arose after April 21, 2020.
Since April 21, 2020 penalty for each overdue day, the stipulated in Clause 71 Law, the employer (tax agent) pays in the amount of 0.04 percent, including also in that case when calculation of penalties began before entry into force of this Law.
