About modification of the Code of penal procedure of the Kyrgyz Republic

Article 1.
Bring in the Code of penal procedure of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2017, No. 2 (2), the Art. 80) the following change:
add Article 504 with part of 3-1 following content:
"3-1. Detention in the presence of the following bases can be applied to person suspected of making of spousal assault:
1) if from the suspect there is real threat of life and to health of the victim and other family members or persons equated to them;
2) if the suspect is in condition alcoholic or other types of intoxication and poses threat for the victim and other family members or persons equated to them;
3) if is the bases allowing to assume that the suspect will continue to make mockeries, threats, beating, insults, humiliations concerning the victim and other family members or persons equated to them.".
This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
